Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: PeterheadRate: 65 per hour UmbrellaHours: 42.5/wHybrid: 3 days office, 2 days homeDuration: 6 month+ contract We are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the pre-construction and delivery of a major substation project in Peterhead.The scheme includes a new 400kV substation, a 132kV five-bay substation, associated outbuildings and transformer infrastructure. The overall project is expected to run through to December 2028.You will be responsible for the procurement and commercial management of major subcontract packages, including:Groundworks package valued at c. 22mFurther civils/groundworks package valued at c. 6mStructural steelwork and building-envelope packages across three buildings, valued at c. 13mThe role will focus heavily on subcontract procurement, administration and management through delivery.
