The scheme includes a new 400kV substation , a 132kV five-bay substation , associated outbuildings and transformer infrastructure. The overall project is expected to run through to December 2028. You will be responsible for the procurement and commercial management of major subcontract packages, including: Groundworks package valued at c. -22m Further civils/groundworks package valued at c. -6m Structural steelwork and building-envelope packages across three buildings, valued at c. -13m The role will focus heavily on subcontract procurement, administration and management through delivery. You will work under NEC3 Option A , using CEMAR to manage subcontractor communications and contractual processes.
