Description

• Provide cost management services on healthcare construction projects.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and reports.
• Manage procurement processes, including tender documentation and contract negotiations.
• Advise on project risks and opportunities from a cost perspective.
• Monitor and control project expenditure, ensuring alignment with budgets.
• Support the delivery of NHS and other healthcare-related projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide expert advice on quantity surveying and cost management matters.

Profile

A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have:

• Professional qualification such as MRICS or similar.
• Strong background in quantity surveying and cost management.
• Experience working on healthcare or NHS-related construction projects.
• Skilled in procurement, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant construction contracts and standards.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from -65,000 to -75,000, dependent on the level of experience.
