Senior Quantity Surveyor (Healthcare)

An established multidisciplinary construction consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing Cost Management team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of healthcare, public sector and estate transformation projects, supporting clients in delivering high-quality, efficient and future-ready environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing cost management and commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with clients, project managers, design teams and other stakeholders. You will take responsibility for managing project finances, ensuring robust cost control and delivering commercially sound solutions across a range of complex schemes. This role would suit an ambitious and client-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong consultancy experience, excellent technical knowledge and a background in healthcare or public sector construction projects.
