Key Responsibilities As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial performance of projects and ensuring financial objectives are achieved while supporting operational delivery teams. Key duties include: Managing all commercial aspects of allocated projects and workstreams. Producing cost reports, forecasts, valuations and financial reconciliations. Managing variations, change control and contractual matters. Reviewing and negotiating subcontract agreements and commercial terms. Monitoring project costs, risks and opportunities.
