Senior Quantity Surveyor

Your new company You will be joining a leading engineering and technical consultancy working across major construction and infrastructure projects throughout the UK. This organisation supports contractors operating across the highways, rail, energy and utilities sectors, providing specialist expertise throughout the lifecycle of complex projects. As part of their continued growth, they are actively seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business with a strong presence across the UK infrastructure market.This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Coventry office.Your new role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will support the Operations team in managing all commercial matters across the region. You will oversee projects from tender handover through delivery to completion, providing commercial advice to Project Managers, Engineers and Regional Operations Managers.Your responsibilities will include:Managing NEC contracts, compensation events, Early Warning Notices and change accountsAssessing variations and securing commercial agreements with relevant partiesPreparing financial progress reports and anticipated final accountsProviding value management and cost control throughout project deliverySupporting payment applications, certification and contract administrationManaging subcontractor works, applications for payment, valuations and CVRsIdentifying and responding to commercial and contractual ..... full job details .....
