Your responsibilities will include:Cost Management: Overseeing cost reconciliation, measurements, and valuations for civil engineering works.Contract and Programme Analysis: Reviewing contracts and preparing procurement strategies.Commercial Reporting: Providing detailed analyses of commercial progress and cost-value reconciliations.Claim Preparation: Preparing and negotiating claims in line with contract conditions.Mentorship: Supporting junior team members in their professional development.Who We''re Looking For:Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with experience managing commercial teams.Full working knowledge of the NEC contract in various guises.A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Quantity Surveying (or related field).Membership or progress towards RICS, ICES, or similar.Strong leadership, mentoring, and ..... full job details .....
