Fantastic opportunity for a Senior QS to join this Regional Contractor A leading contractor operating across North Wales is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a growing pipeline of work across Civil Engineering, Utilities, and MandE projects. This is a key commercial role offering long-term progression and the chance to shape delivery on major regional schemes.The Role:As Senior QS, you will take commercial responsibility across multiple live projects, ensuring robust financial management and contract administration. You will work closely with operational teams, supply chain partners, and senior leadership to drive value, manage risk, and support successful project delivery.Key responsibilities include:Full commercial management across Civils, MandE or Utilities packagesProcurement, subcontract management and payment approvalsDetailed cost reporting, forecasting and budget controlNEC contract administration (Options A, C and E desirable)Managing change control and compensation eventsSupporting bid and tender activity where requiredLeading commercial meetings and presenting key financial dataAbout YouYou''ll be a capable, confident Senior QS with a strong background in Civils, Utilities or MandE engineering and hands-on experience working under NEC contracts.
