Senior Quantity Surveyor Manchester £70,000 - £85,000 + Company Car/Car Allowance + Benefits A leading and rapidly expanding infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its Manchester office. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional to take ownership of major projects while leading a small commercial team comprising two Junior Quantity Surveyors and a Document Controller. Operating across sectors including civil engineering, renewable energy, data centres, electrical infrastructure and utilities, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance, managing contractual risk and supporting the tendering and procurement functions across the business. The Role Reporting to senior commercial leadership, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the commercial delivery of multiple projects from tender stage through to final account. This position combines hands-on project commercial management with team leadership, mentoring and strategic commercial support. Key Responsibilities Full commercial management of projects from tender award through to final account. Lead and support tendering activities, including cost planning, pricing reviews, commercial assessments and bid submissions.
