The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, producing bills of quantities (BOQ), monitoring costs, and preparing cost reports. The role also involves liaising with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure financial efficiency and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.QualificationsExperience in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost PlanningProficient in preparing BOQs and Cost ReportingStrong analytical and numerical skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work on-site in RainhamBachelor\''s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related fieldChartered status or working towards chartered status (e.g., MRICS) is a plusSeniority level
