Based primarily at our regional office in Milton Keynes, with site visits as required, you will take ownership of project commercial performance, procurement, cost control, valuations, payments, variations and CVR reporting. You will also support and mentor Quantity Surveyors and Trainee QSs, ensuring compliance with company procedures and commercial standards. Key Responsibilities Lead all commercial and contractual activities across assigned projects, maximising value and controlling costs.
