Working within the Building division, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of major construction projects, taking responsibility for financial performance, contract administration, risk management, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. This position offers the opportunity to work on prestigious projects across sectors including healthcare, education, commercial, public sector and mixed-use developments. The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will: Lead the commercial management of major projects or multiple smaller schemes. Manage project costs, forecasts, valuations, reporting, and final accounts. Procure and manage subcontractor packages, ensuring best value and effective risk control. Prepare and manage applications for payment, variations, and contractual claims. Work closely with operational teams to identify commercial risks and opportunities. Drive value engineering initiatives and support strategic commercial decision-making.
