TITLE Senior Quantity Surveyor INTRODUCTION Due to continued exciting growth our client, a £multi-million turnover manufacturer in the construction and temporary accommodation sector, now requires an additional experienced QS to join their commercial team. LOCATION Hybrid role - 3 days office / 2 days home East Yorkshire / Humberside location (commutable from Hull, Cottingham, Willerby, Hessle, Brough, Beverley, Goole, York, Pocklington, Malton, Bridlington, Driffield and surrounding areas). THE JOB ROLE The Senior Quantity Surveyor role is a newly created position following sustained growth across our client''s commercial team. The role takes responsibility for: Managing higher value (up to £6m) and complex client requirements and manufacturing projects. Supporting a Managing QS with team guidance and development. Management and submission of contracts, applications and orders. Close control over pricing, costings and project deliverables and timescales.
