Senior Quantity Surveyor - Major Rail Infrastructure JV London Salary: £58,000 to £70,000 + package Hybrid workingThe Project My client is a high-profile joint venture delivering one of the most technically demanding civil engineering contracts in the UK and they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The project involves construction of twin-bored TBM tunnels, Sprayed Concrete Lining, shaft sinking, bridge reconstruction, bulk earthworks, and major services diversions on a long term, multi billion £ programme. The Role This is a senior commercial position with real scope to have an impact on this major project - you''ll lead on contract management and cost control, work closely with project and engineering teams, and manage subcontract accounts from placement through to final account.
