With a strong reputation in the residential and commercial sectors - alongside a growing portfolio of heritage refurbishments - they''re now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team.Working as part of a tight-knit business, you''ll work closely with the Estimating team during tender stages, assisting with pricing and ensuring bids are commercially sound. Once projects move into delivery, you''ll work hand-in-hand with the Contracts Managers to ensure each scheme is delivered on time, to budget, and with the quality the company is known for.The RoleSupport the Estimators during pre-construction, assisting with tendering and pricing.Manage the commercial delivery of projects from award through to final account.Work alongside Contracts Managers to forecast costs, manage subcontractors, and maintain strong client relationships.Oversee variations, valuations, CVRs, and commercial reporting.Ensure projects are delivered with sound financial governance.
