Senior MandE Quantity SurveyorLocation: NW LondonSalary: 60,000 to 80,000 + car and packageA leading main contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver the commercial function on the Mechanical and Electrical packages of HS2''s Old Oak Common Station. This is one of the UK''s most high-profile infrastructure schemes, offering secured long-term work on a project of national significance.Role OverviewThe Senior Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for the commercial management of complex MandE work packages. This includes full contract administration under NEC3/4 Option C, change control, subcontract management, and reporting. The role requires consistent site presence in London with three days per week minimum expected.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration of NEC3/4 Option C contractsManage subcontract procurement, administration, and entitlementReview and value contractor applications for paymentDraft and issue contractual notices including EWNs and Compensation EventsProduce and monitor cost reports, forecasts, and change managementProvide risk and commercial advice to project and delivery teamsNegotiate and manage subcontract packages to achieve value for moneyBuild and maintain collaborative relationships with client and supply chain stakeholdersEssential RequirementsProven track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor overseeing complex MandE/MEPH packagesStrong knowledge and practical use of NEC3/4 contractsDemonstrated ability in cost control, subcontract ..... full job details .....
