As the commercial team grows to meet the framework''s workload, they are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take genuine ownership of a portfolio of live civil engineering schemes across South Wales. The role Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial responsibility for multiple wastewater capital schemes from procurement through to final account. You will also have a supporting role in mentoring junior surveyors as the team develops. Day-to-day, you can expect to be working across: Commercial management of treatment works upgrades, network improvements and associated civils Subcontract procurement, negotiation and administration Compensation event management under NEC Options A and C CVR and cost forecasting, with direct reporting to senior management Risk and opportunity management across the framework Supporting and mentoring Project and Assistant Quantity Surveyors About the frame...
