Based from Exeter, you ll take commercial responsibility for circa £50m of projects across: Reservoirs and water infrastructure Flood alleviation schemes Bridges and structures Highways Major civil engineering works It s a substantial regional workload offering technical variety, commercial responsibility and long-term project security. The Role Working closely with the commercial, design and delivery teams, you ll be responsible for: Commercial management of major civils projects Applications, valuations and cost reporting Subcontract procurement and account management Variations and compensation events Forecasting, cost and value management Contractual and commercial risk Client and supply chain negotiations Monthly financial reporting Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff About You We re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor from a civil engineering, infrastructure, highways, utilities ...
