You ll take commercial responsibility for circa £50m of projects, including: Reservoirs Flood alleviation schemes Bridges and structures Highways Major civil engineering infrastructure The Role Working closely with the commercial, design and delivery teams, you ll be responsible for: Commercial management of major civils projects Applications, valuations and cost reporting Subcontract procurement and account management Variations and compensation events Forecasting, cost and value management Contractual and commercial risk Client and supply chain negotiations Monthly financial reporting Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff About You We re looking for an experienced QS with a strong contracting background across civil engineering, infrastructure, highways, utilities or heavy civils.
