Based predominantly in Truro and across Cornwall, you ll take commercial responsibility for circa £50m of civil engineering projects, with travel to the Exeter office required just one day per week. Projects include: Reservoirs Flood alleviation schemes Bridges and structures Highways Major infrastructure works The Role Working alongside the commercial, design and project delivery teams, you ll manage: Commercial performance across major civils projects Applications, valuations and cost reporting Subcontract procurement and accounts Variations and compensation events Forecasting, cost and value management Contractual and commercial risk Client and supply chain negotiations Monthly financial reporting Support and mentoring of junior commercial staff About You We re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong contracting background across civil engineering, infrastructure, highways, uti...
