The role will initially be a 6-month contract and will see you joining a close-knit commercial team responsible for delivering a portfolio of capital maintenance schemes across Lincolnshire. With a number of projects currently working towards key completion dates, we are looking for an experienced commercial professional who can quickly integrate into the team, take ownership of existing schemes and drive them through commercial close-out.
