Due to continued growth and a secure pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial management of a diverse portfolio of water and wastewater projects delivered under a major long-term framework agreement.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute professional who enjoys working across multiple projects, engaging with key stakeholders, and playing a pivotal role in driving commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.The RoleAs Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of several projects simultaneously, ensuring contractual compliance, financial control, risk management, and value maximisation. Working closely with operational, engineering, and delivery teams, you will provide commercial leadership from procurement through to final account.Key Responsibilities Procure and manage subcontract packages (Civil and MandE)Administer subcontract accountsManage NEC contractual processes, including early warnings, compensation events and commercial notices.Prepare and submit client applications for paymentDevelop, maintain and report on project budgets, forecasts and Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs).Produce and maintain detailed cost plansMonitor ..... full job details .....
