Senior Quantity Surveyor (MandE)Location: WashingtonSalary: 55,000 - 75,000The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (MandE) to join a well-established commercial team delivering a major healthcare development project. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the commercial management of MEP works, ensuring effective cost control, contract compliance and supply chain performance throughout the project lifecycle.Working within a supportive and collaborative environment, you will also gain exposure to a wider pipeline of healthcare projects, offering excellent long-term career development and progression opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the commercial delivery of MEP works on a major healthcare project.Carry out measurement and valuation of works, including variations and final accounts.Prepare and maintain Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs), cost reports and forecasts.Manage project cash flow and maximise commercial performance.Procure, manage and agree subcontractor and supplier accounts.Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and internal governance procedures.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, supply chain partners and internal stakeholders.Support, coach and mentor junior members of the commercial team.Essential Experience and SkillsStrong commercial management experience within MEP/MandE subcontracting environments.Proven track record in cost control, reporting, subcontractor management and change ..... full job details .....
