Overview

An established chartered surveying consultancy in London is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and support the team across a broad range of projects.The Senior Quantity Surveyor role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall carry out a diverse, multi disciplinary role including QS, EA, and Project Management services whilst managing multiple projects and taking on a client facing role.Project focus

Project wise, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on a myriad of projects, pre and post contract, including newbuild housing developments, commercial, school extensions, and various commissions for banks.Responsibilities / Qualifications

MRICS or 6+ years Quantity Surveying experience (or both)Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similarPre and post contract experienceComfortable carrying out a QS/EA/PM roleA successful track record of running multiple projectsClient facingIn Return
