A forward-thinking Construction Consultancy is seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Oxford office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor''s role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on a variety of projects in sectors that include education, residential, healthcare and heritage.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will ensure that they spend time training the Quantity Surveyor''s in their team, their ability to do so is essential to the company''s growth.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS or working towards
• Good pre and post contract experience
• Will consider a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor
• Experience of mentoring less experienced Quantity Surveyors
• Able to deliver projects independently
• Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
• Client facing
• Car + driver''s license
