Senior Quantity Surveyor

A rapidly expanding, multi-dimensional construction consultancy is seeking a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor with residential project experience to join their diversely skilled team in London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor''s role

Working alongside a QS team of 20+, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be the commercial lead on a broad mix of residential (co-living PBSA, build to rent etc), office and heritage projects across London the UK.

Supported by the wider team and reporting to an Associate Director, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor shall take projects from feasibility through to completion, and also undertake a client facing role.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS preferred
• Current or recent experience of working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
• Residential project experience
• Employers Agent / CA experience is useful
• Client facing
