A forward-thinking and rapidly growing Construction Consultancy is seeking a confident and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Bristol.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor''s role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work across a diverse portfolio of projects within sectors including residential, leisure, healthcare, and education.

Taking ownership of projects from inception through to completion, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will deliver both pre- and post-contract services, ensuring projects are managed to the highest professional standards while building strong client relationships and contributing to successful project outcomes.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Experience within a consultancy construction practice
• MRICS or in the process of.
• Able to manage and deliver projects independently
• Client facing
• Previous or current experience as a SQS
