Senior Quantity Surveyor

A forward-thinking national construction consultancy is seeking a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor''s role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will come in and take the lead on a variety of projects valued between -2m - -10m across different sectors including healthcare, local authority and retail.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be expected to manage a team of QS'' and use their sales capabilities to successfully bring in more projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
• MRICS
• Car + drivers'' licence
• Excellent pre and post contract experience
• Client facing
• EA/PM experience
• Able to manage and deliver projects independently
