A national Property Consultancy are looking to grow their close-knit Quantity Surveying team in London by adding a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor''s Role

Working within a team of four, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will play an important role in project delivery, providing a full Quantity Surveying, Employer''s Agent, and Project Management service.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work across a broad range of projects, including CAT B fit-outs, residential developments, reconfiguration projects, and public sector schemes.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS
• PQS / Cost Consultancy / Cost Management experience
• Currently acting as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Comfortable delivering projects independently
• Excellent technical knowledge, pre and post contract
• Client facing
• Enjoys mentoring junior quantity surveyors
