The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role The Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead a diverse range of projects, delivering both pre-contract and post-contract services. Pre-contract responsibilities include providing strategic and risk management advice, preparing tender documentation, and advising clients during the tender evaluation process. Post-contract duties include valuing completed works, managing cost reporting, and ensuring effective commercial control throughout the project life cycle.
