Senior Quantity Surveyor

A family feel, expanding Quantity Surveying Construction Consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to help with their increased workload in Preston.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a small, collaborative team, taking the lead on the commercial delivery of industrial and residential projects across the Northwest. You will manage projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients and supporting the wider team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also undertake the role of Employer''s Agent, acting as the client''s representative to administer contracts, oversee project delivery, and ensure successful outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS or working towards
• Experience within a PQS / Construction Consultancy
• Employers Agent experience
• Strong Communicator within a Small team environment
• Commutable to Preston
