Senior Quantity Surveyor

An established Quantity Surveying & Project Management consultancy in North London is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its close knit team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor''s role

Collaborating with the QS and PM team, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will help deliver a diverse portfolio of high-end residential projects for both private clients and public sector organisations.

Taking projects from the initial design and feasibility through to final accounts, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be comfortable working closely with clients and delivering projects independently.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Comfortable commuting to North London
• Residential project experience
• Client facing
• Comfortable running projects independently
• Good pre contract experience
• MRICS or completed a Quantity Surveying / Construction related degree
• Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
