Senior Quantity Surveyor

A national, Quantity Surveying Construction Consultancy specialising in the high-end residential sector is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Liverpool office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for a diverse range of projects, providing both pre contract and post contract Quantity Surveying services while working closely with clients and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing costs, preparing cost plans and reports, valuing works, overseeing procurement and maintaining strong commercial control, while building long-term relationships with clients and ensuring projects are delivered successfully.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS or nearly completed APC
• Strong Pre / Post contract knowledge
• Ideally previous experience in the Residential sector
• Experience working within a Construction Consultancy
• Strong communication skills
