Senior Quantity Surveyor

A close-knit, Essex based Quantity Surveying & Project Management consultancy is looking to add a presentable, client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor''s role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a team of 11 who enjoy a nice balance of being in the office, site, and from home, as they work together to deliver an array of fast paced, fit out projects for well-known brands across the UK.

The team are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable in client facing situations, and able to deliver projects valuing between -50K and -3m.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Must have ''Fit-Out'' project experience
• Comfortable working on fast paced projects
• Client facing
• Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
• Able to commute to Essex (2 days a week)
• Enjoys being part of a close-knit team
• Good pre and post contract knowledge
