An innovative construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor''s role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a highly respected QS team where they''ll be expected to lead the team across high end residential projects.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be expected to lead, develop and grow the existing QS team in Birmingham with the autonomy to run the team as they see fit.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS but not essential
- Completed a QS degree or RICS related
- Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Excellent pre and post contract experience
- Client facing
- Driving license and car
