An international, Quantity Surveying Consultancy is looking to grow their Liverpool team with a Senior Quantity Surveyor, following a large increase in project opportunities in the Northwest.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor''s Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved from an early stage. Leading high-end developments from inception through to completion. Also providing an Employers Agent role.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also play a key role in building and maintaining strong private client relationships that support the company''s long-term growth and profitability.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRIC''s
• Strong PQS Construction Consultancy experience
• Good Pre and Post contract knowledge
• Commutable to Liverpool
• Ideally previous residential experience
• Employers agent experience
