Senior Quantity Surveyor

A well-established construction consultancy with offices across the globe are seeking a hardworking and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to come join their team in Bristol.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor''s role

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be managing commercial contracts in an NEC environment, working on estimates and leading post-contract commercial activities.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall identify cost-saving strategies and ensure that key decision making is supported by data-driven cost management insights.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally worked on large scale infrastructure projects
• Completed a QS degree, or similar
• MRICS or working towards chartership
• NEC contracts experience
• Team player
• Preferably worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
