This role is based near Bridgewater and offers the chance to work on significant projects with future opportunities for growth. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial success of large-scale projects.Your Key Duties and Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.- Provide leadership within the commercial team and wider project teams.- Manage multiple contracts under NEC3/4, JCT, and bespoke agreements.- Measure and value works for applications, variations, and final accounts.- Identify and notify Early Warnings and Compensation Events.- Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage CVRs.- Chair monthly project reviews and attend client progress meetings.- Manage invoicing, debt recovery, and dispute resolution.- Oversee supply chain ..... full job details .....
