Have you commercially managed civil engineering, infrastructure or utilities projects, including CVRs, variations and final accounts? Are you confident taking commercial ownership across multiple projects and leading client-facing meetings? A leading UK engineering and infrastructure organisation is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its established commercial team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a portfolio of long-term framework agreements and major standalone projects within the infrastructure sector. Working closely with the Commercial Manager, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of multiple projects while playing an active role in client relationships and project performance.
