They are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects, delivering expert cost management and commercial advice to our clients. Requirements of this role include; Lead on cost planning, procurement, and contract administration. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Provide strategic advice on project risks and opportunities. Work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal applicant will possess; Proven experience in quantity surveying, ideally in consultancy. MRICS chartered status is desirable but not essential. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
