Senior Quantity Surveyor - Fit Outs & Refurbs

Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a background working on Fit-Out and Refurbishment projects?

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a growing fit-out and refurbishment contractor, who are currently on the look out for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis out of their head office in Nottinghamshire. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the commercial success of our fit out projects.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for a Fit out or Refurbishment business.
• Strong understanding of standard-commercial procedures.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Advanced use of Excel is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full commercial management of commercial fit-out and-refurbishment-projects for the business.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans and-forecasts.
• Procure and manage subcontract packages, including tendering, negotiation and appointment.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
