Senior Quantity Surveyor Suffolk site based DFE Education projects Opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for a leading Main Contractor. This is a role to join their Eastern division and work for one of the most successful privately owned Main Contractor. About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor For this role, our client is looking for a proactive, passionate Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You will work site based in Suffolk, with visits to their south Cambridgeshire office. The role is to lead a 76 Million New build school as well as future project secured in the region.This role is full time, permanent role 5 days per week, 830am - 530pm.Responsibilities for Senior Quantity Surveyor Ensure accurate and timely reporting. Tackle difficult issues early. Financial Control of the Project, maximising profitability but maintaining client and supply chain relationships. Identify and eliminate risk. Aspire to the very highest standards of quality, service and business performance, tackling difficult issues early, striving to eliminate risk and achieving project targets. Actively develop and strengthen relationships with clients and their teams to maximise team and business goals. Drive and maintain a high level of financial and commercial control Adopt a professional and considerate approach to maintain good working relationships. Be a lead team leader.
