Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for a leading Main Contractor based in the heart of London. This is an exciting new role due to additional workload with new projects secured and started on site. About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor As Senior Quantity Surveyor be to work leading the commercial team on being site based on either Commercial, Mixed use, hotels or education schemes under JCT form of contract typically 2 stages ranging in value from 40 Million - 100 Million. Initially working as part of the PCSA or 2 stage, with a plan to work site based delivering the scheme within the next 3 months reporting to a Commercial Manager. With the majority of their projects across Zones 1 and 2 London. You will be responsible for but not limited to; managing packages from procurement through to final accounting Working with the team to ensure subcontractors are managed on site, CVRs, review drawings, mentor junior members of the team and work collaboratively with the internal team and clients.
