The business operates across several sectors including motor retail, public and private education, commercial and leisure valuing typically up to -10mil. Projects are a mix of new build and refurb and are typically administered via JCT forms of contract. As a result of organic growth, they''re now looking to expand the commercial team with a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor. About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor: As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing projects fom pre-construction through to final account. You will be reporting into the Surveying Director.
