About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a huge tier 1 main contractor with an outstanding -1.9billion turnover and a worldwide turnover of over -40 billion! They have a proven track record by delivering thousands of projects across the sectors including healthcare, education, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, residential developments and more.

Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor who has experience with a tier 1 or 2 main contractor, degree qualified, commutable distance to Norwich and experience leading a project.

Responsibilities for Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Commercial management
• Procurement
• Contract administration
• Valuations and payments
• Cost control
• Risk management

Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Previous experience with a tier 1 or 2 main contractor
• Degree qualified
• Good understanding of commercial methods & construction industry
• At least 7 - 9 years of experience
• Experience leading a project
