They are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a project worth over -80m. The project is based on a NEC contract and has a scope of works that includes earthworks, drainage installation & pilling etc. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be reporting to a Commercial Manager as part of a larger framework team that works from home and occasionally visits sites. You will be responsible for the commercial administration on this scheme (but not limited to): Accurate monthly forecasting and agreeing on variations Producing and sending subcontractors enquiries Producing monthly reports and cost value reconciliations Managing change and producing compensation events Preparing and submitting final accounts Requirements including certificates and qualifications: Degree-qualified in a Quantity Surveying subject or equivalent Experience working on any civil engineering or infrastructure related projects Candidates must be able to prove their eligibility to work in the UK T...
