Experience / Qualifications Required: Proven track record as a principal build contractor Quantity Surveying on similar value projects Academically Qualified with a BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent Confident, commercially astute with good communication skills able to negotiate and manage subcontractors effectively Excellent IT skills Able to prioritise, manage risk and value engineer.
