The business operates nationally and has regional offices across the country, undertaking projects across both the public and private sectors valuing between -20mil - -100mil. They have a secure forward order book with projects across defence, education, commercial, MOJ and healthcare. Projects are administered via a mix of JCT and NEC forms of contract. With a number of projects in pre-construction, they''re now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team. About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor: As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be expected to manage projects through pre-construction and deliver once in contract. You will be reporting into the Commercial Manager.
