This is a hands-on commercial role suited to an SQS who is confident managing subcontractors, upstream contracts, variations, cost control, forecasting and commercial risk . Key Responsibilities Lead commercial and contractual management across allocated projects. Manage upstream contracts, notices, variations and commercial compliance. Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts and cost reports. Procure, negotiate and manage subcontract packages. Manage subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations, payments and final accounts. Prepare and submit monthly applications and supporting commercial documentation.
