This role will lead commercial strategy from tender stage through to final account, ensuring contractual compliance, effective risk management and the successful delivery of profitable project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead all commercial activities across projects from tender through to final account, ensuring financial performance targets and contractual obligations are achieved. Manage contract administration, change control, variations, claims, valuations, cash flow and final account negotiations with clients and subcontractors. Oversee commercial reporting, including CVRs, forecasting, cost-to-complete analysis, WIP reporting and risk and opportunity management.
